Archiabaya ships with DHL to deliver our products worldwide. Every item you purchase is hand packed and shipped from our gallery in Beirut, Lebanon.
All the products on our website are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.
We offer free international shipping on our clothing line. For all other items, international shipping cost is calculated based on a number of factors including the shipping method, the volumetric weight of the items purchased and the destination of the package.
Shipping time is usually 3-5 working days to any part of the world.
Please keep the signed proof of delivery receipt in case you might request a return.
Once you purchase on www.archiabaya.com you will receive a notification email confirming the purchase.
www.archiabaya.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of the United Arab Emirates.
Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
For orders delivered within Lebanon, Archiabaya is happy to provide returns if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase. You have 7 days from when you received your order to have your items sent back to us. We will refund you in the form of Archiabaya store credit for any future purchases on our website or in-store, valid for one year. Archiabaya does not provide any cash or credit card refunds.
Please note that all products must be in their original packaging and not used or damaged to be accepted for return. Orders past 7 days will not be accepted. Returned clothes, if washed or worn, will be refused. In case you ordered a product and requested a return and the product was found to be damaged you will not be given store credit and Archiabaya has the right to refuse the return.
Archiabaya does not provide free shipping for returns made outside of Lebanon. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and custom duties. When you request a return, please contact email@example.com and specify whether you would like a store credit or an exchange within 15 days from the day you received your purchased product.
Items can be returned if the merchandise is in the exact condition in which it was shipped. Returns that do not meet this policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
